Throughout December, we will donate 5€ of each tree you adopt at Via Verde to support the beautiful initiative of @greenolvietours that helps our fellow olive farmers in Palestine who are still suffering in silence. Besides replanting trees, the initiative brings Israeli and international volunteers into the West bank area and raises awareness for how hard it is when your olive harvest and livelihood is threatened by radical settlers, who intentionally burn or destroy olive trees or make the harvest impossible. We know: To be a smallholder farmer is never easy – especially when facing climate extremes – but when you also have to face extreme injustice, it’s even harder. This is why this holiday season we thank you for not only supporting our small regenerative farm endeavors by adopting a tree @via.verde.umbria, but we also thank you for standing in solidarity with our fellow olive farmers in Palestine.
